Telehealth (Video Conference) - Our virtual appointments are conducted via secure video conferencing. You can attend the appointment from the comfort of your home or office using your computer or phone.

In-person Appointments - While the majority of our appointments are virtual appointments, we do offer outdoor nutrition counseling at various locations in Orlando/Winter Park. Please review our flyer for more information. To learn more about the benefits of outdoor counseling, read our blog post on the topic.

Payment - Payment is due at the time of service (beginning of / prior to appointment). We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards (with the Visa logo). For insurance information, see below.

Insurance - We accept traditional Medicare directly. We also accept Aetna, Cigna, Golden Rule, Optum, Oxford, United Healthcare, and United Medical Resources (UMR) through our partner Fay Nutrition.

For all other insurance providers, we will be happy to provide you with a Superbill (basically a special receipt) to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of fees paid at the time of service. We cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you.

Opt-in Notice - Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an automatic Opt-in Notice requesting your consent to receive email messages. Please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER for this important message.

Cancellation Policy - We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. In the case of a no-show for an appointment, you will be billed for the entire session.
