Telehealth (Video Conference) - Our virtual appointments are conducted via secure video conferencing. You can attend the appointment from the comfort of your home or office using your computer or phone.

In-person Appointments - While the majority of our appointments are virtual appointments, we do offer outdoor nutrition counseling at various locations in Orlando/Winter Park. Payment - We accept traditional Medicare. We do NOT accept any other insurance at this time. We will be happy to provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of fees paid. We cannot guarantee if your insurance company will reimburse you. Payment is due at the time of service (beginning of / prior to appointment). We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards (with the Visa logo).

Opt-in Notice - Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an automatic Opt-in Notice requesting your consent to receive email messages. Please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER for this important message.

Cancellation Policy - We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. In the case of a no-show for an appointment, you will be billed for the entire session.
