Appointments

IMPORTANT:  If you are feeling ill (with or without a fever), we ask that you reschedule your appointment or request to conduct your appointment via our secure video conferencing system.

STEP 1 - Verify your Insurance Benefits 

  • We currently accept all Aetna Insurance Plans. If you are not insured with Aetna, SKIP TO STEP 2. 
  • If you have traditional Medicare (not through Aetna), please visit our Medicare Appointments page.
  • Call the number on the back of your insurance card to confirm your benefits and any required co-pay. Click here for a helpful script to use when talking to your insurance provider.

STEP 2 - Self-Pay Option

  • We accept cash, HSA/FSA, and most major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service (at the time of booking or at the beginning of your appointment).
  • In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate for services.
  • We can also provide a Superbill (a special receipt for services) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We cannot guarantee that your insurance company will provide reimbursement.

STEP 3 - Book your Appointment

  • We offer telehealth appointments via secure video conferencing. You can attend the appointment from the comfort of your home or office using your computer or cell phone.
  • We also offer in-person appointments on Saturdays at our Maitland office which we share with The Counseling Studio. The address is 535 Versailles Drive, #110, Maitland, FL 32751.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Opt-in Notice - Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an automatic Opt-in Notice requesting your consent to receive email messages. Please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER for this important message.

Cancellation Policy - We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. In the case of a no-show for an appointment, you will be billed for the entire session.
